Of Jackson passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Monticello House in Jackson.
She was born June 25, 1932, in Millersville, Missouri, daughter of Robert Francis and Maggie Mae Moore Haupt. She and Harold Lee Wright were married November 15, 1955. Harold passed away February 1, 2002.
Mollie was a 1950 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. She worked at the former Jackson Hosiery Mill and had worked over 30 years as the bookkeeper for Wright’s Garage in Cape Girardeau. Mollie was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jackson. She enjoyed dancing, gardening, crafts, traveling on tours, camping, and bowling.
Loving survivors include two sons, Dean (Sharyl Ann) Wright of Cape Girardeau and Scott (Rebecca) Wright of Gordonville; two daughters, Donna (Steve) Stedman of Jackson and Wendy (Gary) Parker of West Palm Beach, Florida; eight grandchildren, Doyle and Jason Stadt, Kyle Stedman, Sarah, Leah and Nina Parker, Zachary and Macy Wright; two step grandchildren, Britnie and Tyler Jones; one great-grandchild, Aiden Stadt; and two siblings, Beulah Crites and Johnnie Haupt both of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harold Wright of 46 years; three brothers Frank and Roy Haupt; an infant brother; and three sisters Elsie Seabaugh, Mary Crites, and Linda Haupt.
