Lawrence M. Haut, age 90, of North Canton, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 in Aultman Hospital. He was born October 28, 1921 in East Sparta, Ohio to the late Charles and Myrtle (Whitmer) Haut.
He graduated in 1937 from the former Bolivar High School and proudly served our country in the United States Navy during WWII.
Lawrence retired from Chrysler following 25 years of service and was a member of Canton Baptist Temple.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Gloria Bond; brothers, Marvin, Robert and Warren Haut and sisters, Hazel Steenrod, Grace Kinsinger and Lucille Snyder.
Survivors include his wife, Letha K. (Murphy) Haut; sons, Victor Haut (Brenda) of Canton, Lawrence Haut Jr. (Judy) of North Canton; grandchildren, Victor Haut Jr., Amanda Braden;
Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
