Ralph J. Hale
  Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend Ralph J. Hale passed away April 7, 2018 at his home in Park City, Utah surrounded by family. Born August 23, 1925 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Archie Q. and Otelia Baker Hale. Ralph married Deon Horrocks on March 31, 1950 in the Salt Lake City L.D.S. Temple.
  Ralph graduated from West High and the University of Utah. He enlisted in the Navy and received an honorable discharge. In 1947 Ralph played basketball in the National Invitational Tournament at Madison Square Gardens. Ralph taught school as a boy's gym coach and counselor at Hillside Junior High School for over 40 years. In 1968 Ralph coached the Parley 7th Ward All Church Softball Championship Team. He was a member and president of the Park City School Board for over 10 years. Ralph loved golf and played on many of the great courses throughout the world.
  Survived by his wife, Deon; children, Denise Wright (Gary), Cindy Ostler (Dave), Kerry Ralph Hale; 8 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday April 14, 2018 at the Park City LDS Ward Chapel, 2300 Monitor Drive, Park City, UT; where friends may visit with the family from 9:30am to 10:30am prior to the service. Interment: Park City Cemetery.
