HAROLD LOMBARD Harold William Lombard went to with his Lord and Savior on Monday, April 09, 2018. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones. Born on December 17th, 1930 to Alta and Charles Lombard, he was raised with his two brothers Chuck and Lloyd. The family owned and worked their dairy farm in Willows, CA. After graduating high school in 1949, Harold served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. When he returned to Willows he met the love of his life, Glenna Gail Elliott and they married on June 6th, 1954. In 1957 Harold's young family moved to Chico. He graduated with Honors from CSU Chico with a BS in Agriculture in 1974. He worked for Butte County Department of Agriculture of Weights and Measures for almost 20 years before retiring. Harold was generous with his time and devoted to extended church family, as a youth leader for many years at Neighborhood Church. He is survived by his wife Gail and four daughters Carol (John Summers), Dorothy (Ruben Marquez) , Joyce Roth and Nancy (Richard Rivera n). Nine grand-children, Brock, Blake, Brittany, Corbin, Daniel, Eric, Holle, Curtis and Avery. Three great grand-children Eva, Dallas and Skyler. Services will be held on Friday, April 13th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Evangelical Free Church at 1193 Filbert Avenue in Chico. Burial to follow at Willows Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Urban Impact www.uifpgh.org The family would like to thank the many healthcare professionals who provide exceptional care and support at Amber Memory Care and Freedom Hospice Care.
