SUMMERFIELD Jay Lee Ramsey, 82, died Friday, July 22, 2016, at home.The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2016, at Colonial Funeral Home, with funeral service following at 7 p.m. Burial will be private.Jay was born to the late Howard and Elma Cain Ramsey on January 30, 1934, in Rockingham County. He owned Trend-Dent Dental and enjoyed his work as a dental lab technician. His happiest moments were when he was completing home improvement projects and spending time with his two daughters.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Howard Ramsey and a sister, Doretta Jones.
