She made her debut as a concert pianist at age 18 and then appeared in concert as a soloist or accompanist with prominent artists. She taught many artist students.
She began composing at age 10 and went on to compose many sacred and secular songs. She toured New England lecturing on music and composers.She was the president and founder of The Music Lovers' Club in Boston, the MacDowell Club for 2 yrs. was founder, VP , and honorary member of the Brockton and Roxbury Women's Clubs, the Professional Women's Club of NY and Boston and the First Vice-President, Huntington Chambers, Boston.
