Judy Lou Radford Peters was born on September 18, 1950, in Laurel County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Homer Radford, Sr. and Irene Fields Radford. She was united in marriage to James Dewey Peters, Jr., who survives. She is also survived by one son, James Matthew Peters and wife, Amanda, of East Bernstadt, two siblings, Homer Bill Radford and wife, Linda, and Edna Dean Combs, all of East Bernstadt, one grandson, James Christopher Abel Peters, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn her passing.
She was a homemaker, an antique collector and a member of Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church.
Judy Lou Radford Peters departed this life at her residence on Sunday, April 8, 2018, being 67 years, 6 months and 21 days of age.
Funeral services for Judy Lou Radford Peters will be conducted at 1 PM Wednesday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Dwayne Arthur and Denny McCowan officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery at East Bernstadt.
The family of Judy Lou Radford Peters will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home after 6 PM Tuesday.
