Ruby was born on August 12, 1951, in Kentucky, the daughter of Ken and Elizabeth Foreman Wiltse. She married Mike Reed and he preceded her in death.
She loved her dog, 'Tatar', unicorns, watching scary movies, and her husband, Mike.
Survivors include her children, Laurie Medina and husband, Chris, and their family, Donna Czerniak and her family, Julie Czerniak and husband, Paul, and their family, and Albert F. Reed and his daughters; a brother, Hyman C. Wiltse of Missouri; two half-brothers, Domenick and Anthony Salmieri, both of Missouri; one sister, Mary Albertson of Muscatine; and a niece, Millie Salmieri and fiancé; Brian, and her children, Paige, Makayla, and Brennen.
She was preceded by her parents and her husband.
