Beloved man, veteran, father, brother, grandfather and friend passed away on February 26, 2018 at age 66. He was preceded in death by his older brother, Bobby and older sister, Carolyn. Born to Robert and Gloria Chambers in Frankfort, Indiana, where he spent most of his early life.


Enlisted in the United States Army in 1968, at eighteen years of age to serve his country in The Vietnam War. Surviving the war he became a commercial driver for forty years, better known as a "4 million miler." He loved to bowl, play golf, sing and play the guitar. He belonged to and sang lead in the band "Back At It," in Indiana.


But most of all he loved his family. He is survived by a sister, Joyce Conwell; daughter, Elyse (Eric); son, Kyle (Brooklyn); grandchildren, Madison, Alicianna, Isaac, Fabion and Evelyn; and his beloved girlfriend, Cynthia Hammond; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
