He is survived by his beloved wife Annette (Oakley) Alexander, daughter Megan Nicole Alexander of Troy, son and daughter-in-law Adam and Chelsea Alexander of St. Robert, Missouri, stepson and stepdaughter-in-law Michael and Sandy Mason of Van Nuys, California, stepdaughter Jennifer Mason of New Port Beach, California, as well as two sisters and brothers-in-law Susan and Dave Spiers of Troy, and Stacy and Brent Cole of Muncie, Indiana.
Craig was a 1979 graduate of Troy High School, and trained as a machinist at JVS in Piqua. He worked as a machinist with NKP in Sidney and East Liberty. He also worked for the Wal-Mart in Piqua for 10 years in the sporting goods and paint departments. Craig was a member of the Shelby Deer Hunters, Varmint Hunters Association, and former member of Troy Fish and Game Club. He enjoyed shooting, hunting, reloading ammunition, and fishing. He was a former member of Troy Church of the Brethren.
A funeral service will be held 11AM Monday January 4, 2016 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home 1124 W. Main St., Troy, with Rev. Jon Keller officiating. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Sunday January 3, 2016 from 2PM-4PM. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
