Linda L. Couch McKinney, 69, died Friday, April 6, 2018 unexpectedly at her home in Bardstown. She was the widow of Leon McKinney, Sr. and the daughter of the late George Couch, Sr. and Ethel Caudill Couch. She was a native of Breathitt County. She graduated from Bloomfield High School. She was a devoted homemaker, wife and mother. In her leisure time, she enjoyed studying her Bible. Her church was a very important part of her life. She was a devoted member of Bloomfield Church of God.

In addition to her husband and parents, one sister, Anna Irene Chapman; four brothers, Eugene Couch, Ruby Couch, Clayton Couch and George Couch, Jr. and one grandchild, Dalton Oscar McKinney, preceded her in death.

Survivors include three sons, Leon (Michelle) McKinney, Jr., Brian (Karen) McKinney and Oscar McKinney; one daughter, Shawna McKinney (Michael) Leslie; three sisters, Javetta Pearl Toia, Betty Jo Miller and Carolyn (Gary) Clark; one brother, Carl Couch; seven grandchildren, Kayla McKinney, Deserea McKinney, Hunter McKinney Hall, Ashley McKinney, Kaitlyn McKinney, Gabrielle Leslie and Isaiah Leslie; one great-grandchild, Harlee Nichole Spalding and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home with visitation Wednesday after 10 a.m. Bro. Bill Thompson will officiate. Burial will follow at Big Springs Cemetery in Bloomfield, KY.
