Christopher Michael Wallace, Jr., age 21, of Troy died Friday, February 16, 2018 in Troy, NC.
Chris Wallace was born September 20, 1996 at Pinehurst, NC the son of Christopher Michael Wallace and Tanya Renee Sherer.
Christopher was a 2015 graduate of West Montgomery High School. He loved fishing, kayaking, and camping. He also enjoyed playing video games. He was always known to be helping others and always wanted those around him to be happy. He had a great love for animals, especially his canine friend Rebel.
He was employed as an Equipment Operator at Jordan Lumber.
Christopher is survived by his father, Christopher Michael Wallace Sr. and wife Lisa; mother, Tanya Renee Sherer and husband Shane; sisters: Sarah Elizabeth Wallace of Mt. Gilead, NC, and Allison Sherer of Knoxville, TN; brother: Josh Rolan of Greenville, NC; sister Kayla Peters and husband, Riley of Zebulon NC; grandmother, Becky W. Wallace of Troy, NC; grandfather, Ronald Haywood of Mt. Gilead, NC; grandmother, Phyllis Beaman and husband Holly, of Troy, NC; and last but not least, canine friends Rebel and Hogan. Christopher was predeceased by his grandfather, Eben Wallace.
The family received friends Monday, February 19, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home Chapel, 211 North Main Street, Troy, with Pastor Flynn Richardson officiating.
