Jeane married Arthur K. Waale on February 4, 1942. Jeane and A.K. had a son together: Thomas Arthur, born April 30, 1948.
She married for a second time to John Coyle on June 20, 1958. His career took them abroad to places like Peru and Turkey, and around the United States. They settled in Denver where Jeane lived for over 50 years.
Jeane reveled in life as a homemaker, often proudly referring to it as her profession. Her creative skills were extensive. They ran the gamut from creating the most delicate ornamental eggs of all sizes containing miniature holiday and Disney character dioramas, to designing and maintaining an immaculately groomed yard and Japanese character garden, to impeccable sewing and household decorating, to regularly introducing her family to new dining delights.
She embraced her extended family with love and enthusiasm; impacting two generations of nephews, nieces, great nieces, and great nephews with wonderful memories that will last them a lifetime. This loving and altruistic spirit extended to caring for elderly friends and relatives.
Jeane was preceded in death by her husband, John, her brother, Stanley Sailor, and her sisters, Shirley Beatty and Donna Butler. She is survived by her son, Tom Waale.
Funeral services will be at the Chamberlain Chapel, Chadron, NE on Monday, April 9, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. There will be a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00.
