C.A. "Al" Bossard, 67, of Moravia, died in Cortland Memorial Hospital. Born in Groton, he was a son of Charlie A. and Florence Buck Bossard.

Mr. Bossard was a graduate of Groton High School, Class of 1956.

He was self-employed as the owner and operator of a heavy equipment service.

He was a member of the Dads of American Legion of Carrington-Fuller Post no. 800, Groton.

He is survived by his wife, Judith L. Bossard, Moravia; three sons; two daughters; sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters; nieces and nephews.

Burial: Cobb Street Cemetery, West Groton.
