Constance (Connie) Adams 80 of Urbana, Indiana formerly of Monroe TN and also of Lima, OH died at 2:45 pm Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Heritage Pointe of Huntington. She was born December 26, 1937 in Allen County, Ohio.

Connie attended South High School in Lima, Ohio. Connie married Dennis Adams on October 16, 1954 in Harrod, Ohio She worked at JC Penney in the Lima Ohio mall for 12 years and was also a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Connie was a loving mother to her 4 sons and daughter in laws (she never thought as them as her daughter in laws but only as daughters). She loved spending time with her grand children and great grand children and loved watching them play sports and any other activity they would do. She loved it when her children and their families would spend time with her on Dale Hollow Lake where she lived. She was a wonderful homemaker and cook.

She always had a bucket list and checked off most of the things on her list. She loved to travel and one of the most recent travels on her bucket list was going to Wyoming to see the Grand Tetons.

She is survived by her four sons, John D (Peggy) Adams of Urbana, IN, Brian K (Trudy) Adams of Columbia,SC, Randall L (Betsy) Adams of Knoxville, TN, and David S Adams of Huntington, IN. She is survived by 10 grand children and 19 great grand children

Connie is also survived by two sisters Delia J (Doran) Cordrey, El Cajon, CA and Andrea L Huggins, Urbana, IN and her best friend Barb Reese since childhood.

She was preceded in death by her parents Brice and Bettie Vermillion, her husband Dennis Adams and great grand son Eli Matthew James Moorman.

Funeral services will be held @ 10 am on Saturday April 7, 2018 from the Brown Funeral Chapel in Byrdstown, TN with her son John D Adams Evangelist officiating. Burial will be in the Wirmingham Cemetery.
