MEADOWS, Thomas “TW” Willard, Jr, age 64, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018, at TriStar Centennial in Nashville, TN. He was born in Ashland City, Tennessee, on November 3, 1953, to Thomas Willard Meadows, Sr., and Dorothy Nell Smock Meadows. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Willard Meadows, Sr.; brothers, Don, David and Jerry Meadows; and sisters, Beverly Presson and Marie Sisco. He is survived by his mother, Nell Smock Meadows; former wife, Janet Meadows; daughter, Jenny (Marty) Mabry; son, Jace Meadows; brother, Ricky Dale (Debbie) Meadows; sisters, Carolyn Jones, Nancy (George) Gravitt, and Judy (Clarence) Odle; one grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews. TW was a farmer by trade. Graveside service will be Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 10am in Mallory’s Cemetery in Chapmansboro, Tennessee, with Brother Terry Forrest officiating.
