Christopher Edward Lovell was born in August 1872 in Green Co, Missouri. His father William Lovell b1817 was 54 and his mother Christena Nee Parker was just 31. He married Hattie Telitha Downum on October 3, 1897 in Benton Co, Arkansas. They had one son, Edward in Jan 1901 during their short marriage. He passed away as a young father on November 8, 1901 in Elm Springs, Arkansas at the relatively young age of 29. He was laid to rest in the Elms Spring Cemetery. Hattie re-married just a few years later as she had a young son to raise.
