He was born at Fly, Ohio on March 26, 1934 the son of Richard H. and Florence Lillian Campbell Talbott. He had worked for the City of Tacoma, Washington as a city transit driver. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a 1952 graduate of Matamoras High School and attended Ohio University for two years.
He is survived by his wife Helen Irene Amos and one daughter Kathy Towson (Toby) of Boonsboro, Maryland; three grandchildren Ella, Eva and Anya Towson.
Three sisters also survive Barbara Johnson, Donna Sue Lutz and Emily Holdenreid along with two brothers Richard and Alan Talbott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Carolyn Talbott and one brother Charles C. Talbott.
Abiding with Robert's wishes there will be no services and he will be cremated.
