Mr. Billy Joe Lawson age 86, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his home in Rockwood, Tennessee.
He was a member of Eagle Furnace Baptist Church.
Billy worked as a yard Forman for Scandlyn Lumber company for 30 +years.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; William Roscoe Lawson and Molly Rose Graham Lawson, Daughter; Billie Jo Fugate, Son; James Ronald Lawson, Grandson; John Lee Dowker, Several Brothers and Sisters.
Survivors Include Children Rose Dowker of Rockwood, TN (David) of Rockwood, TN. Mike “Fuzzy” Lawson (Lisa) of Rockwood, TN. Robert Lawson (Sharon) of Cleveland, TN

Family will receive friends Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 5:00 p m-7:00 pm at the Evans Mortuary.
Funeral service will follow at 7:00p m in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with preacher David Treadway officiating.
Interment and Graveside service will be Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Roane Memorial Gardens Rockwood, TN.
