Born November 15, 1946, in Burlington, IA, she was the daughter of Edward C. and De Etta A. Lietsch Senn. On January 22, 1966, she married Dennis C. Moss at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Burlington.
She graduated from Notre Dame High School. She attended Burlington Jr. College, Virginia Highlands College, and received a BA Degree in Speech Communication/Public Relations from Radford University.
She worked mainly in retail and development and retired from the American Cancer Society as Director of Health Education and Patient Services.
Susan was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, St. Paul's Church, where she served as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister and on the Altar Guild Committee. She also served on the Administration Commission, Communication Committee and Funeral Luncheon Committee. She was a member of the Southeast Iowa Symphony Board of Directors, Friends of the Symphony, Fine Arts League, Hetta Gilbert, Des Moines Co. Historical Society, Books ETC Book Club and PEO Chapter NH. Susan was a former member of the Rotary Club, Burlington Golf Club, Burlington Medical Center Auxiliary and Burlington Area Arts Council. She enjoyed reading, music, tennis, art, traveling, writing, dancing, the Iowa Hawkeyes and time spent with friends & family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and one brother, Michael Senn.
