Peggy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Verbon & Mamie Sullivan. Other than her parents, Peggy was also preceded in death by Four Sisters, Linda Griffie, Connie Tucker, Joyce Rice and Betty Becker.
Mrs. Peggy Sue Gibson leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, Tommy Dean Gibson of Happy; Three Daughters, Mamie Sullivan & Rodney Campbell of Happy, Lula Gibson & Claude Branson of Vicco, Tammy Couch & Michael of Sassafras; Three Sisters, Doris Napier of Vicco, Judy Combs & Arnold of Ohio, Midge Jones of Vicco; Four Grandchildren, Makayla Couch, Breonna Plowman, Ciara Branson and Boone Haynes; Special Friends, Vickie Martin and Jeannie Caudill. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Peggy Sue Gibson will be conducted on Tuesday April 3, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Rev. Earnest Ray Gibson officiating. The Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery located at Jeff, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M.
