Mrs. Louise Cofield Cornutt , age 88 of Reece City passed away on April 1, 2018. Louise was a member of First Baptist Church of Attalla. Professionally she worked as an administrative clerk at several locations including the medical practice of Dr.’s Ennis and Simpson, and also at General Forrest Middle School.
In past years she had loved to travel with her husband, but later on stayed in touch with her many friends and loved ones with frequent phone calls and through Facebook. The Gaither Vocal Band was her favorite and she attended many concerts and would watch their tapes for hours.
She was preceded in death by; her parents, R.L. and Sudie Pearl Cofield; Her two brothers, Ray& Louis; two nephews, Benji Carroll and Michael Norris; and her precious daughter, Lisa Stagg Cornutt.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, Daughter, Grandchildren, sister, Along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A memorial service and interment was held at Oak Hill Cemetery on Thursday April 5, 2018 .
