Henry and Mary had at least nine children born between 1779 and 1797 in Folkestone, Kent, England. Their daughters, Sarah and Mary, married two men by the last name of Tutt, possibly brothers. According to available records most of the Peters family stayed in the Folkestone, Kent area of England and raised their families there. However, their oldest son, Henry, along with his wife and family left for New Brunswick, Canada, probably in the early 1830's.
