Keith was the son of the late Sherman and Alfreda Carney Blair.
He was a retired mechanic from Bayer Corporation in New Martinsville, WV; a member of the New Martinsville United Methodist Church, and sang with the Meistersingers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Blair; and two sisters, Phyllis Tharp and Jeanine Jobes.
Survivers included his loving wife of 50 years, Midge Montgomery Blair; two sons, Brad (Mary) Blair of Wheeling, WV and Scott (Sharon) Blair of Alma, WV; a daughter, Traci (Richard Matulja) Blair of New Waterford, OH; two brothers, Sonny Blair of Florida and David Blair of New Martinsville; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his Locust Street family.
Friends and family were received at the Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory in New Martinsville. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 11th, at New Martinsville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Michael Atkins officiating.
