She was married to Edward I Hammond on July 19 1923. they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1973.
Mrs Hammond died May 17, 1975 in Colorado Springs, CO, and was buried May 20 in the Woodland park cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of Cascade, CO, on son-Ed, Jr and 2 grdaughters of Denver, CO; on brother-Harry Ferguson of Belleville, KS; 3 sisters-Lucile Hartley of Belleville, KS; Mary Miller of Mcpherson, KS; and Emily Rightmeier of Ontario, OR.
Preceding her in death were her mother, father, sister-Nina Thomas; 2 brothers-Frank Ferguson of Rockville Center, Long Island, NY and Roy (Mike) Ferguson of Belleville, KS"
