Raymond Donovan (Don) Andrus, 81, died December 29, 1994.
Born May 17, 1913 in Holladay, Utah to Raymond Orson and Carrie Christensen Andrus. He married Virginia Maughan, November 7, 1937 in Logan, Utah. Member of LDS Church. Professional landscaper. Retired from Denver-Rio Grande Railroad. Involved with the Round-Up in Jackson, Wyoming at a friend's ranch.
Survived by wife, Virginia; one daughter and one son, Karen Guss, Casa Grande, Arizona; Dugan Andrus, Burbank, California; four grandchildren, Angela Riggi, Vanessa Guss, and Darien and Don Andrus and one great-grandchild, Kevin Riggi; three sisters and four brothers.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 3, 1995, 2 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call from 12:45-1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Primary Children's Medical Center, 100 North Medical Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84113.
