Kim Plumley Allison, 45, of 100 Pinewood Dr., died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg. A native of Gaffney, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Batchelor Plumley of the home and the late Joseph Plumley. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church and a member of the Mary Gunn Sunday School Class at Hopewell Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Kathy Ensley of Greer; a niece, Faith Ensley of Greer; two step-nieces, Kristin and Carson Ensley of Greer; and maternal grandfather, Guy Batchelor of Blacksburg.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dolly Batchelor, and paternal grandparents, Klugh and Maggie Plumley.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7-8:3 at White Columns-Blacksburg and at other times they will be at the home. Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Hopewell baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Charlie Barnard, the Rev. Lewis Batchelor and Dr. Richard Harrison. Burial ill be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Carl Melton, Chris Patterson, Bill Greene, Robert Foster, Herchel Harvey and Scott Coggins. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and residents of Duncan Road Apartments, Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests balloons or donations may be made to Open Door Baptist Church Van Fund, 229 Edgewater Dr., Gaffney, SC 29340; or Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund, 511 Old Chester Rd., Blacksburg, SC 29702. Arrangements by White Columns-Blacksburg.
