Sandra Ann Ray of Miami, OK passed from this life Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Integris Miami Hospital in Miami, OK. She was 67.
Sandy was born October 14, 1950 in Los Angeles, CA to E.L. and Olga (Noriega) Wright. She had lived in Picher, OK from 1969 to 2010 before moving to Miami. She received her Associates Degree in Business from N.E. O. A&M College in Miami. Sandy worked for the City of Miami for many years. She was the secretary for G.A.R. Cemetery and also worked for the City of Miami Utilities Department. She was a member of the Community of Christ Church in Miami, OK and a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents
Sandy is survived by her husband Steven Ray of the home and her son Steve Ray and wife Delores of Miami, OK, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Monday, April 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Rev. Terry Warren will officiate. Interment will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Services have been placed in the care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK.
