CIMARRON — Joe David Lacy, 61, died Saturday, March 24, 2018, at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colo.
He was born Oct. 4, 1956, in Dodge City, to Keith Willis and Dorothy Whitmer Lacy.
Mr. Lacy worked for Buffalo Mill Supply Industrial Hose Specialists.
On Dec. 22, 1989, he married Margaret Schwartz in Ashland.
Survivors include his wife, of Garden City; three sons, a daughter, five brothers, three sisters, 14 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Gray County Recreation Center in Cimarron. Scattering of cremated remains will take place at the Team Roping arena next to the recreation center.
A book signing will be from10a.m.to5p.m.Friday at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Cimarron. Condolences may be posted at www. zieglerfuneralchapel.com. Donations are suggested to the Gray County Recreation Center, in care of the funeral chapel, Box 446, Cimarron, KS 67835.
