CHAFFEE -- Funeral service for Mrs. Erma Garner of Chaffee will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church here. Rev. Gerald Collier will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee. Amick-Burnett Funeral Home of Chaffee Is in charge of arrangements.
Friends may call at the church after 3:30 p.m today.
Mrs. Garner, 73 years old, died Monday, Nov 24, 1986, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Sept 8, 1913, in Nettleton, Ark., daughter of Calvin and Lilly May Jones Berry. She married Raymond William Garner Oct. 3, 1931, who died Jan 7, 1975. The family moved to Chaffee in 1944. She was a member of First Baptist Church here. Mrs. Garner was also a member of Chaffee Chapter of Scott County RSVP, with her station being at Chaffee General Hospital.
Survivors Include a sister, Mrs. Elva Ozbun of Tyronza, Ark., and a niece, Mrs. Janet Mitcham of Little Rock, Ark.
A brother, Troy Berry, preceded her in death.
