She was preceded in death by her husband, William Levi Moore, her parents, Hiskel and Florence Slusher Roark, four sisters, Gussie Roark, Maudie Jane Roark, Nancy Roark, and Mae Martin, five brothers, Noah Roark, Homer Roark, Manford Roark, Herman Roark and Lester Roark.
She was a faithful member of the Black Star Pentecostal Church for over 49 years and will be missed by her church family. Ollie believed in the Biblical example of what a wife and mother should be—chaste, keepers at home, loving their husband and children.
Her life proved this scripture by being a faithful, loving wife to Levi for 64 years until his passing June 10, 2015, and to her two children, Danny and Marjorietta. Ollie also worked for several years as an election officer.
Special thanks to Dr. Martha Combs-Woolum, her Primary Care Physician; Dr. Christopher Steidle, and Dr. Elvis Donaldson both of Baptist Health. Also special thanks to all the staff at Mountain View Nursing and Rehabilitation in Pineville for their care of her during her last three weeks of her life.

Sisters: Hazel Humfleet and Christine Hensley, both of Pathfork, KY
And a host of nieces and nephews and special church friends, Tammy Bledsoe, Hazel Henderson, and Wanda Miracle.
Funeral services will be 11am on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at the Blackstar Pentecostal Church with Pastor J.C. Craig, Rev. Eli Craig and Rev. Ray Stepp presiding.
Interment will follow at the Daniels Cemetery in Smith, KY.
Pallbearers will be William Erie Moore, Daniel Levi Corey Moore, Christopher Kacy Moore, Darrell Roark, Donnie Roark, and Manford Roark, Jr.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, March 30, 2018, at the Creech Funeral Home.
