Daniel J. Anthony, age 65 of Princeton, ID and formerly of West Manchester, OH, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017 in Potlach, ID. He was born January 27, 1952 in Greenville, OH to Herbert and Norma (Ulch) Anthony.

He is survived by his father Herbert Anthony of Arcanum; two sons: Daniel Anthony of Troy and Josh (Brianna) Anthony of Troy; one grandchild; two brothers: John Anthony of Arcanum and David Anthony of TX; as well as sister Ruth Ann (Mike) Bachelor of Pensacola, FL. Daniel was preceded in death by his mother Norma.

Daniel was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Greenville and the Lighthouse Baptist Church in St Maries, ID. He retired from TMC Transportation Co. in Des Moines, IA after 17 years of service. Daniel had a great personality and was loved by many people wherever he went, and he will be missed dearly.

A funeral service will be held 10:30AM Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Keith McKim officiating. Visitation from 9:30AM-10:30AM at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be in Abbottsville Cemetery, Arcanum with Military Honors by the Veteran’s Memorial Honor Guard of Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
