Annabelle Rose Tipton-Patterson of Napoleon, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was born October 2, 2002 to Nicole Patterson (Leasor) and Shawn Tipton in Toledo. Annabelle was a Freshman at Liberty Center High School. She will forever be remembered for being a sarcastically witty, locker blocking, mashed potato with corn and BBQ chip eating, loud, effervescent, fun loving, claimed sister to many. Annabelle was confident that she was everyone’s favorite. Though short in stature she made up for it with her firecracker personality that lit up every room. From her knee-high laced up sneakers and her David Bowie character, to her broken, taped glasses (her own doing), and her very long beautiful hair, she was truly one of a kind. Annabelle Rose was loved by many, while Annie was her mischievous side that kept people laughing. She had a love for choir, music, and theater that Ms. Mary Chamberlin helped her to flourish.

Annabelle is survived by her loving parents Nicole (Tom) Patterson Jr. and Shawn (Brandy) Tipton. Her siblings Kylee Tipton-Patterson, Emma Tipton-Patterson, Thomas Patterson III , Heaven Burghardt, and Gretchen Tipton, Grandparents Louis and Susan (Rizor) Leasor, Douglas and Geri (Schmitz) Tipton, Thomas and Donna (Silva) Patterson Sr., Aunts and Uncles Clint (Michelle) Leasor, Michelle (Les) Case Jr., Corey Leasor, Jason (Jackie) Tipton, Adam (Michelle) Tipton, Josh (Sara) Patterson, Amber (Chad) Warren, Shaine Patterson, great grandparents Marlene Rooks, Donnell and Peggy Mills, Juan and Brenda Rangel, Joe and Sonia Silva, cousins Taylor & Sydney Case, Jordan & Alex Leasor, Addalyn Leasor; Jasolyn, Olivia, Grady, Cooper, Lake Tipton; Logan Warren, Raelynn Patterson, Joseph & Jordan Silva, and many great uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Annabelle is also survived by her Honorary friends Mary Frankforther, Michaela Crawford, and Lydia Lauharn.

Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 6th at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419.826.2631), where the Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Viewing will continue Saturday, April 7th from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home, and will follow with a funeral procession to St. Patrick Catholic Church in Grand Rapids, Ohio, where a Mass of Resurrection will begin at 11:30 a.m., with Fr. Patrick Rohen, Captain, U.S. Army (Retired) presiding.
