Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Nichols Funeral Home where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Galbreath Cemetery in Hamilton.

He is survived by his mother, Nellie Jean Galbreath Cole; brothers, Donnie (Kathy) Cole and Joey (Karen) Cole; his sister from another mother, Carrie “Redbone” (Jody) Pitts; nieces and caregivers, Jennifer (Adam) Hicks, Jordan (Alex) Vandiver: and The Captains Crew AKA Mop Monkeys, Dalton Curtis, Gabriel Beach, Elise Beach and Hollie Vandiver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Cole; his father's parents, Claudie and Teeton Cole; and his mother's parents, Lenard and Lillian Galbreath.

It is requested that you wear Alabama or your favorite team attire to the viewing and service. To all the “other” team fans, Clay understood that y’all were unique. When the Lord said “Tide” y’all thought he said “cried” because of all your team’s losses to us.
