David J Neil 66 passed away from a sudden illness at Dixie Regional Medical Center, peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday March 25, 2018. He was born on April 17, 1951 in Provo Utah to Dan and Nyla Neil.

Dave Graduated from American Fork High school in 1969, after graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy. He served in the Vietnam war on an Ammunition ship The USS Mauna Kea, he was honorably discharged in June of 1975.

He then moved to Parowan UT, which he called Gods country. Dave married Kathy Christina Adams on April 17, 1976 in Cedar City Utah. They had two children together Becky and Jacob. They were later divorced.

Dave spent his life loving his two children, spending many days camping, fishing and hunting. If there was a four-wheeler and a mud puddle he was in heaven. He loved the outdoors and teaching his kids about the important things in life.

One thing he waited for was to have grandkids, which he had many adopted ones until along came the lights of his eyes when Korkie AKA Koralee, and Tater Aka Aiden came along they made his world complete. They were best friends from the beginning.

He was a friend to many and loved by all that new him. He was an example of Christlike love and compassion. He will be missed greatly.
