Ruth Agnes (Aggie) Tyler Strickland, age 91 of Maryville, Tennessee passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 at Concordia Healthcare. She was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Aggie was an avid quilter and homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, J.H. Strickland; parents, General Sherman & Winnie F. Tyler; one brother; five sisters. Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Dale & Billy Reagan and Brenda & Chris Wilson; son & daughter-in-law, Darrell R. & Jenny Ownby; grandchildren, Christina Wyrick, Michael Wilson, Rena Williams, Nicholas Ownby, and Emma Ownby; great-grandchildren, Landon & Sara Wyrick; brother, John A. Tyler. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM with the Reverend Ben Ward and the Reverend Arkie Baker officiating.
