Mary Louise McLane Gregory of Kershaw, SC passed away at the age of 93 in Rock Hill surrounded by loving family members. She was born in Goodwater, Alabama, a daughter of John B. and Mary Louise Conway McLane. She was a graduate of Columbia College in Columbia, SC. She taught in North Carolina before moving to Kershaw where she taught at Kershaw Middle School and Flat Creek Elementary School. When her grandchildren were small, she taught Sunday school at Kershaw United Methodist Church. She was preceded by her husband of 65 years Joseph Elbert Gregory, 2 brothers John B. McLane Jr. and Conway Lee McLane and 3 sisters Elizabeth McLane Blaich, Anne McLane Hough and Jean McLane Mobley.
