Katrina Deprato Branum, 73, a native of Paris, Tenn., died Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center from heart complications. She was a long time resident of Baton Rouge.
She is survived by her husband, Elgene Branum, Sr.; two daughters, Julie Gray and Margaret Branum; two sons-in-law, Flavian Gray and Gene Branum; a daughter-in-law, Mary Smith; three granddaughters; five nieces and two nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Marjorie Burton and Baxter Clark, Sr.; two sisters, Margaret Lampkins and Rozanne Bomar; and a brother, Baxter Clark, Jr.
Donation of the body is to LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.
