Myrtle June Mitchell, 86, of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at her home.
She was born in Bay City, Michigan, to Chizzie Lovell and Charlotte Riley Lovell.
She was a homemaker and was of Southern Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.B. Mitchell, who died May 3, 2010 and two brothers.
Mrs. Mitchell is survived by a daughter, Jackie Edwards and husband Ricky; two sons, Rocky Mitchell and Guy Mitchell and wife Sherry and three grandchildren, Brittain, Bryceton and Cassity Mitchell, all of Murray.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, at 1 p.m., at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Stahler officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, from 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
