In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of sixty two years, Doris Stanley Bryant; and one sister: Pauline Jenerette.
He is survived by one son: Lloyd Davis Bryant, Jr. and wife Lynne of Nakina, NC; one daughter: Rita Bryant Preston and husband Robert Harris Preston of North Myrtle Beach; three brothers: James Clemson Bryant of Saratoga Springs, NY, Walter Milton Bryant of Denton, NC, Billy Bryant of Conway, SC; two grandchildren: Rocky Lloyd Bryant, Tracy Bryant Ray; four great grandchildren: Wesley Bryant, Roxanna Bryant, McKinley Ray, Bryant Ray; one step great grandchild: Jaclyn Ray.
He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard and the owner of Better Built Homes. He was a member of Seven Creeks Baptist Church in Nakina, NC.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 1 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, Tabor City. Burial will follow in the Stanley Cemetery, Nakina, NC.
