Mr. Sellers was born February 27, 1923, to Johnny and Sarah Ann Sellers in Tallahatchie County. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Lacopolis Baptist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Inez Dunn of Charleston; nine step-children in Marks; 4 grandchildren of Charleston; 6 great-grandchildren and 55 step-grandchildren of Marks; two sisters, Augusta Thomas of Charleston and Sarah Turner of Greenville, and a brother, Allen Love.
His wife, mother, father, and 2 sisters preceded him in death.
His active pallbearers were David Dunn, Ricky Dunn, Andrew Dunn, and Jerry Dunn. Honorary pallbearers were Johnny Sellers, Michael Sellers, Willie Floyd, Williams Floyd, Edward James, Robert Curry, Sr., Kenny Curry, David Curry, and Robert Curry, Jr. Flower bearers were Minnie Byrd, Lynn Byrd, Robby Weston, and Wilma Weston.
