George R. Flowerree, 72, of Quincy, Illinois, died Friday, March 23, 2018 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

George was born December 16, 1945, in Hannibal, Missouri, to Chester Lawrence and Ernestine Mae Dinwiddie Flowerree.

In accordance to George's wishes, there will be no service.

Survivors include 2 Brothers, Lawrence Eugene Flowerree (Verna M.), Quincy, IL, Paul Flowerree (Kay), Quincy, IL, 1 Sister, Jackie Bowen (Robert), Longview, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

George was a graduate of Marion County R-II High School.

He worked as an over-the-road truck driver for many years.

George lived with his mother and took care of her for many years. He was a dedicated son and caregiver.

He enjoyed watching TV and playing video games. George was a very private person, he enjoyed a simple life.
