Funeral services for Jackie Rayford Ragan, 82, of Wills Point are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.

Interment White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.

He passed away early Sunday morning, March 25, 2018, at his residence in Wills Point.

Jack was born September 5, 1935, in Wills Point, the son of Rayford Washington Ragan and Mary Catherine Brogden Ragan.

He lived most of his life in Wills Point and graduated from Wills Point High School in 1955.

Jack was a veteran of the United States Navy. On November 18, 1956, he married Joyce Ann Gramly in Dallas. Jack was a self employed plumber for many years, retiring in 1996. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and fishing. Jack was a member of the Wills Point Riding & Roping Club and the First Baptist Church in Wills Point.

Preceded in death by his father, Rayford “Boots” Ragan; mother, Mary Catherine Bland; step-father, Jack Bland and a sister, Dianna Lewis.

Jack is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Ragan, of Wills Point; three daughters, Pam Smith & husband, Kurt, of Rice, Carla Roberts & husband, Brady, of Canton and Traci Moore & husband, Tommie, of Tyler; two brothers, Jerry Ragan & wife, Donna, of Wills Point and Ronald Ragan, of Fruitvale; seven grandchildren, Amanda Roberts, Bryce Smith & wife, Kathleen, Ragan Roberts, Blaine Smith, Cody Moore, Katrina Moore and Jesse Roberts & wife, Kenzie and six great-grandchildren.
