Mrs. Frank, born in Wheeling, WV; was the daughter of the late Walter E. Nesbitt and Margaret Edwards Nesbitt.
On Aug. 29, 1959 she married the love of her life, Ramsey L. Frank and they were married for 58 years. She was a member for 32 years of the Main Street United Methodist Church in South Boston, VA. where she and her husband formerly lived. She was a 24 year breast cancer survivor and was an active member of the Cumberland Valley Breast Cancer Awareness in Hagerstown, MD.
She was a lifelong homemaker and graduate from Penn State University in 1960. She was a member of the Penn State Alumni Association and a member of the Phi Mu Sorority.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and always put her family first, raising her two children and doting on her three grandchildren. She enjoyed antique auctions, bargain shopping, and watching sentimental Hallmark movies. Making memories with her family at home, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and many Florida destinations was her passion.
She is survived by her husband, Ramsey L. Frank at home; daughter, Debra Frank Turner (Todd) of Tampa, FL; a son, Mark Nelson Frank (Lisa) of Waynesboro, PA; three grandchildren, Jack Nelson Koehler, Lauren Elsie Koehler, Faith Virginia Frank; a sister-in-law, Connie Frank and a brother-in-law, Doug Frank both of Waynesboro, PA.
