Leah enjoyed playing softball in her grade school years, volleyball in middle school and tennis during High school. She graduated from Stevenson High school in June 2012 and preceded on to Columbia Gorge Community College where she began prerequisite courses for a future nursing career.
She enjoyed creative activities such as drawing, beadwork and jewelry making. In additions, she always loved spending time with her family and friends.

Leah is survived by her father Robert Holmes IIII of Carson; brother Robert Holmes IV of Carson, sister Nicole Fuller of Vancouver; Grandfather Robert E. Holmes Jr, of Carson; Grandmother Doreen Mahaffey of Klickitat; two nieces, three nephews and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Benita Holmes, grandfather Benny Mahaffey, grandmother Asa Holmes.
A celebration of life was held at the Hegewald center in Stevenson on May 3,2014.
