Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Allen and Sara Lou Swafford Rogers, sister, Gwendolyn Rogers; niece, Emily Marie Rogers; grandparents, Burt and Elsie Swafford, Bud and Lillie Rogers.
Survivors include his sister, Daphne (Johnny) Milliron; brother, Robert Earl (Allison) Rogers, Fairview; aunt; Elsie Swafford; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
A graveside service will be 10:30 am CST Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Roger’s Cemetery in Rhea County. The family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm CST Monday, December 17, 2018 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Pikeville Funeral home to help with final expenses.
