She was born on December 25th 1953, in Aurora, the daughter of William Kelly Sr. and Irma (Gauger-Mead) K..
June was treasured by all for her kind heart, gentleness, hard work, love for her family and unshakable faith. Above other hobbies her passion was her horses and horseback riding. She loved to travel on horseback riding trips with her friends. She also loved to sew, help teach her grandchildren, travel with family, gardening, and play with her white German Shepherd. In her early years of raising children she was a homemaker, but went on to do bookkeeping work as her children grew older. She attended various churches throughout her life, loved to sing in the choir and for the past few years attended Freedom Lutheran Church.
She was dedicated to her family, a wonderful mother and grandmother, and her legacy of love will continue on throughout generations.
She is survived by her four children, Jessica (Daniel) A. of Sandwich, Loyal W. of Newark, Audra W. of Ancona, and Wyatt W. of Ottawa; her grandchildren; her mother, Irma K.; her siblings, Sharon (Wayne) K., Diane K., and Michael K., and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, William Kelly Jr., and father, William Kelly Sr.
Visitation will be held on Sunday Jan 18 from 4-8 at Beverage Family Funeral home in Sandwich. A funeral service will be held at Freedom Lutheran Church in Ottawa on Monday Jan 19 at 10am, interment will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet.
