Christine Justice Hall, age 96 of Lexington, KY, formerly of Pikeville, died Thursday, March 22, 2018 at her residence.
She was born November 15, 1921 in Pikeville, Kentucky, to McClellan “Clell” and Virgie Coleman Justice.
Christine was a graduate of Pikeville High School and Bowling Green Business College, now a part of Western Kentucky University. She was married to the late Hugh B. Hall, Sr. for 51 years.
Chris Hall was a court reporter in Pikeville until retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Methodist Church, first at the Pikeville United Methodist Church and then the First United Methodist Church in Lexington.
She was also an accomplished pianist, a hobby she enjoyed all her life. She also enjoyed playing Bridge, reading & doing needle point.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister Imogene Justice Owens and her brother, Charles Justice.
Survivors include her son Hugh B. Hall, Jr. (Pat) of Pikeville; daughter Sharon Hall Johnson (Michael) of Naples Florida, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The family will accept friends for visitation at the Thacker Memorial Chapel Tuesday from 11AM-1PM on March 27, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 1PM with John Lucas officiating. Burial will follow at the Johnson Memorial Park in Pikeville, KY.
