Brooks; two sons, Craig Brooks and Eric Young (Yvonda); daughter, Alana Brooks; five grandchildren, Terrell Young, Eric Young, Jr., Yazmin Young, Brielle Butler and Tyson Butler; five nieces, Bonita Brooks, Marita Brooks, Serena Ody, Treseat Frederick and Stacy Young; four nephews, Mike Brooks (Danielle), Sheldon Irwin, Everett Young, Jr. and James Irwin; two brothers, Milton Brooks (Yvette) and
Gerald Brooks; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Mr. Brooks was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Emily Brooks and brother, Curtis Brooks. Mr. Brooks will lie in state at From the Heart Church Ministries, 5055 Allentown Rd., Suitland, MD, Thursday, March 29 from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
