Elizabeth Ann Springer, a resident of Davis was born May 5, 1936 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James William & Opal (Arms) Howe. She passed away Wednesday March 21, 2018 at Davis, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years 10 months and 16 days. She grew up in Sulphur and graduated from Sulphur High School in 1954. Liz attended ECU and OU. She had worked as secretary at Davis Schools for over 25 years, and had worked at Sooner Foods at Sulphur and Davis. Liz also ran a Snowball Stand at Turner Falls Park. She attended Midway Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: 2 brothers: Robert Keith "Butch" Howe,
James Rae Howe, the father of her children: Bill Springer, niece Robyn Velarde.
Survived by her Daughter & son-in-law: Julie Noland & Jim, of Davis, OK
Son & daughter-in-law: Chuck Springer & Diane, of Denver, CO
